Guest Player Information *Guest Players are allowed.  You may not register more players than the age group roster limit allows.  Guest players must be age appropriate for age group.  Competitive players are not allowed to guest play on recreational teams.  Please click the Guest Player Information above for complete rules.

*BASC only posts schedules and results online.  A digitial scoreboard will be available at the HQ building with scrolling results and scheules.  Please check schedule regularly for any changes. 

*Scoring will be posted as soon possible after official review of games forms are submitted by referees.  

*Standings and playoff assignments will be automatically populated as pool play is completed and socred.  Please check the scheduled website for updates. 


Complex and Field Information

The tournament is held at Indian Springs Sports Complex  located at 13600 S. 145th E. Ave., Broken Arrow, OK.  

Fields 1-22 are located on the East side of the complex and Fields 23-34 are on the West Side.  Concessions and restrooms are located on both sides of the complex.  The tournament headquarters building is located on the East side of the complex, directly east of the concession building.

Inclement Weather Procedure

BASC & City of Broken Arrow Penalty Box Policy

U-9 and above teams are not allowed to warm up in the Penalty Area before games, at halftime, or after games.  This includes warming up the Goalie.  The only activity in the Penalty Box will be during games.  Please advise players, coaches, and managers of this policy.  Teams who do not comply immediately or violate the policy repeatedly will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include a deduction of team points, forfeiture of a game, or expulsion from the tournament.  


PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TEAM/SPECTATOR SEATING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TOURNAMENT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED:

  • For U6 to U8 Competitions:
    •  The home team sidelines: East or North side of the field 
    •  The visiting team: West or South side of the field.
  • Home team is listed first on the pairings in the qualifying rounds, and on top in the brackets for the quarter/semi-final and final rounds.  Each team and its spectators will remain on its designated side of the field throughout the match.
  • For U9 to U19 Competitions: The teams shall be seated on the side of the field having technical area markings. Spectators shall be seated on the opposite side of the field from team (where bleachers are located - as available) and must remain behind the painted standoff line. Coaches are required to remain within their respective technical areas unless invited onto the field of play by the official.

ALL HEAD COACHES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL BEHAVIOR, THEIR TEAM’S STAFF, PLAYERS AND THEIR SPECTATORS. Referee abuse (by coaches, players or spectators) WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and head coaches can and will be sent off.  Coaches/Players sent off will be required to sit out the next scheduled match (semi and final matches included).


Field Marshal Duties For BASC and TSC Hurricane Teams

BASC and TSC Hurricane teams are required to designate one field marshal from their team for each game played, he/she will not miss child's game.  You will be assigned to watch your player's game and the game next to yours.  Please check in 20 minutes prior to to game at the headquarters building to receive a 2-way radio and an orange vest. In the event of any problems or emergencies, field marshal should call for assistance on the radio.
