Reschedule Policy

Rescheduling a Game - In Policy
Each game scheduled at ISSC may be rescheduled one time without consequence if the request to remove and/or add a game BASC Reschedule Policy is made by the following schedule. All reschedule requests must be made via the specified league on line Reschedule Request Form below by the cancelling team (Open/Rec+, OPL, & OPC reschedule requests need to be made by the home team). 

To Reschedule a Game for:           Reschedule Request Must Be Received via Online form by:

Monday                                             Thursday by Noon (96 hours) 

Tuesday                                            Friday by Noon (96 hours)

Wednesday                                       Monday by Noon (48 hours)

Thursday                                           Monday by Noon (72 hours) 

Friday                                                Tuesday by Noon (72 hours) 

Saturday/Sunday                              Wednesday by Noon (72-96 hours)

Rescheduling A Game - Out of Policy_ (Recreational, Juniors, & Competitive)

Any game that is requested to be rescheduled (remove and/or add a game) for the first time outside of the reschedule policy above, shall pay the reschedule fee per the schedule below prior to the game being rescheduled. Game Rescheduling Payment Page 
Recreational Teams 
U6 -$40 
U7/U8-$45 
U9/U10 -$80 

*Competitive/ Juniors Teams
U7 /US -$30 
U9/U19 -$40 
Competitive/Junior's will pay the fees above, plus the referees at the field. 
U11/U12 -$95 
U13/U14 -$125 
U16/U16 -$140 
U17/U18/U19 -$155

Rescheduling a Game Already Rescheduled • In Policy 
(Recreational, Juniors, & Competitive) 

Any game that is requested to be rescheduled (remove and/or add a game) for which has been previously rescheduled shall require payment of a $25 Fee, payable by the team requesting the change, prior to the game being rescheduled again. 

Cost: $25 per game for all age groups (U6-U19) 

All payments must be made on line via PayPal on the BASC website using the Payment Form link.

Reschedules will not be made until payment is confirmed. *Game Rescheduling Payment Page

Tournament Exceptions 
Any team planning to register for an OSA sanctioned tournament should provide notice to the BASC Games Scheduler and request a reschedule immediately. If acceptance to the tournament is within 5 days of the start of the game the team will not be subject to the reschedule fee. Once accepted, teams should notify the Games Scheduler of acceptance into tournament to finalize the reschedule. Failure to notify will result in a fine if it is made 5 days or fess before scheduled game.
