Agenda for the November 7, 2019 meeting

 

The Broken Arrow Soccer Club General Membership Meeting is Thursday, November 7th, 2019 at 7:30 PM.  

 

We will meet in the Broken Arrow Soccer Club Banquet Room - 1001 S. Main Street.  General Membership business will include:

  • Presentation of the Frankie Mozingo Awards

 

Old Business

  • Proposed changes to the BASC Bylaws:
    • Article IV: Officers, Section 1. Section 2, Item V. Section 3, Item H, Section 6. & Section 7
  • Proposed changes to the BASC Standing Resolutions: 
    • Section I:  Registration, Item C; Sub-item 1. & Item C; Sub-item 2, Deep Subbed-item c.
    • Section II:  Coaches & Team Officials, Item I.
    • Section IV:  Under 4 and Under 5 Development Program, Item A., Item C. & Item D.
    • Section X:  Indian Springs Complex, Item A. Item C. Item D. & new Item E
  • Competitive Program Committee report to the membership
  • Adult Program Committee report to the membership

 

New Business

  • 2020 Budget - to include possible rate increase
  • Election of officers.  (Candidates were submitted 10 days prior to the Nominating Committee per the BASC Standing Resolutions.) 
    • Third Vice-President: Matt Yeager is a candidate for this position.
    • Secretary: Hayley Wheeler and Rachelle Shelton are candidates for this position
    • Treasurer: Marcial Carrillo is a candidate for this position
    • Registrar: David Redick and Missy Lenhart are candidates for this position
    • Head Coach: Nick Phelps is a candidate for this position
    • Games Commissioner: Ryan Egan is a candidate for this position
