Sessions will start-up again in August for the Fall Season.

Please welcome our new Goalkeeper Trainer, Adam Kenes!  BASC is super excited to bring our players the excellent GK training skills that Adam and his team will be teaching! 

BASC offers free goal keeper training to all BASC recreational players. This free training is held at ISSC.

Complex Map

Goal keeper training sessions teach players methods for kicking, saving and diving safely and effectively. The objective is to teach goal keepers not only to play their position well, but also in a way that minimizes injury. The players are also given exercises to do at home to help them continue to develop their skills throughout the week.
