The Broken Arrow Soccer Club will be holding a Special General Membership Meeting on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 7:30PM. 

We will meet in the Broken Arrow Soccer Club banquet room - 1001 S. Main Street.  Special General Membership business will include:

Purpose of the meeting: Move to temporarily authorize the Executive Board to operate the club outside of the current By Laws and Standing Resolutions in regards to direct registering players and teams with OSA.  This is required by the changes made in the OSA By Laws.  A committee has been formed and is acting to prepare a set of amendments to the By Laws and Standing Resolutions to reconcile with the OSA changes.  The authorization would only be in effect until the March General Membership which is the first opportunity for the BASC membership to vote on amendments to the By Laws.  The proposed amendments may be presented at this special meeting if ready, or they will be presented at another special meeting to be held no later than Feb 19^th (2 weeks prior to the GM Meeting of Mar 6^th).

This meeting is open to all BASC members.
